The way to reduce the adverse effects of this compromise is to use a quality agent that has its own staff in the country of origin. To the employer, it may well appear that one applicant is very much the same as another. The truth is that the employer cannot know whether the applicant’s paperwork is in order, this being vital to their application. The Applicants Qualities

Our  Senior Care Assistants vary a great deal, however they all comply with the following

Ø Have a Diploma in Nursing (with English language documentation)

Ø Have had at least three year’s subsequent work experience in healthcare, (although adaptation Nurses will usually have from one year’s experience).

Ø Speak and write English to a  high level of competence.

Ø Most of all, each applicant is made aware of what they are committing to and given every help and advice to realistically assess their proposed environment.

Ø Have passed a medical (to include HIV,T.B. and pregnancy test).
